Visa & logistics

Most Australian, UK, and EU nationals can enter Bali on a tourist visa or visa-on-arrival — check current requirements before travel. Ngurah Rai (Denpasar) airport is roughly 1–1.5 hours from Ubud by car. Many patients stay in or near Ubud for the duration of a treatment course.

Aftercare

We provide written aftercare instructions in English, a WhatsApp check-in, and home skincare recommendations so you can continue care after you return home.

Frequently asked questions

Can international visitors book a consultation before arriving in Bali?
Yes. International guests are welcome to contact us via WhatsApp or email before their arrival to schedule an appointment. We can discuss your skin concerns in advance and advise whether a medical consultation or a specific treatment may be appropriate. Please note that a formal diagnosis and treatment plan can only be made in person by our dermatologist.
Do you provide consultations and services in English?
Yes. Our medical and administrative team are able to communicate in English to assist international patients throughout the consultation, treatment, and aftercare process. Written aftercare instructions and summaries can also be provided in English upon request, helping you continue any recommended care after returning home.
What should international patients bring to their first appointment?
Please bring a valid passport or identification, a list of any current medications or supplements, records of known allergies, and any previous dermatology or medical records relevant to your skin concern. If you have been using prescription topical products, please bring them or note the active ingredients. This information helps our dermatologist assess your skin safely and accurately.
